Centurion Foundation is a company established in Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier in Quebec City. The company was founded in August 2012 by its still current owner and president, Pascal Mathieu. The company has grown steadily from the start. It has already acquired several foundation rigs, cranes, drilling rigs and specialized equipment.
Centurion Fondation primarily works on building deep foundations, retaining walls and marine structures. It also owns the machinery and resources needed for soil amendment work. It can carry out any type of construction work, either as a subcontractor or general contractor.
Centurion Fondation projects are performed by multidisciplinary teams of engineers, operators, welders, pile installers, mechanics and others. The company combines experienced managers, qualified labour and recent, high-performance equipment.

Pascal Mathieu is founder and owner of Centurion Fondation. As the company’s president, he leads operations, helps develop submissions, manages human resources and ensures the company’s growth.
Pascal has gained a wide range of construction experience over the past 25 years. He has worked as a labourer, diver, estimator, project manager and director for large general construction companies. He has detailed knowledge of civil and marine construction.

Annie Simoneau has been part of the Centurion Fondation team from the company’s launch in August 2012. As Administrative Director, she provides invaluable support to operations and ensures proper supervision of the company’s finances.
A graduate in administration from Garneau Cégep, Annie has 15 years of experience working for major construction firms in various positions, from site clerk, payroll technician, accounts management and invoicing officer.
Her knowledge of management, administration and strategic planning support the company’s growth.
Jérôme Ouellet became part of the Centurion Fondation team in April 2014 and a partner in June 2015. He serves as the company’s technical supervisor, designer, project manager and estimator.
Jérôme graduated in civil engineering from Université Laval in 2009. Formerly a designer and project officer for an engineering consulting firm, he has solid technical experience in structural and foundation specialties. He has participated in many projects involving steel and timber designs for buildings, bridges and overpasses, marine structures, retaining structures and other civil engineering works.
His structural and geotechnical expertise, combined with his project management skills, enable him to quickly identify the optimal technical solutions. These skills streamline the design effort and optimize resources during performance of the work.
